Grace at Ballet Class

 

There is nothing cuter than a 4 year old's ballet class!! In case you can't tell, Grace is in the white skirt with the pink flower and pink leotard.

 

Banff 2012

Warren had a conference in Banff last week so we decided to join him.  We stayed at the Banff Springs Hotel which was a dream come true for the girls :)  When we checked in, they gave the girls each a bag that contained a few things but most importantly, a tiara!

 

We barely saw Warren as he was in meetings during the day and had evening functions as well.  I took the girls up the Gondola, we went bowling, shopping (great chocolate shops in Banff!) and did a lot of swimming.  The hotel had a beautiful indoor and heated outdoor pool. In addition to all of this, we rode the elevator to every single floor and went exploring.

This is the only sad picture I took of the girls!  Ally was the princess from Brave (Merida) and Grace was a princess of the generic kind :)  Grace had pretty hair and a pretty tiara but this picture was taken after school.

Golf!

The golf course in Olds has a 5 hole, $5 course for kids.  Warren took Ally a handful of times this summer to see if she would like golfing.  I think she really liked the time with her Dad and, of course, they always went to Dairy Queen after.  One time, Grace and I joined them. Ally is pretty easygoing while Grace became quite upset when she couldn't hit the ball just right.  Surprised??
